What Is Executive Functioning?
Executive functioning refers to a set of mental processes that enable individuals to manage their thoughts, actions, and emotions to achieve goals and solve problems effectively. These processes encompass a range of cognitive abilities, including:​
Planning
The ability to set goals, create strategies and organize tasks in order to accomplish objectives efficiently.
Organization
The capacity to arrange information, materials and resources in systematic and orderly manner
