About
Taylor
Taylor is a social worker registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

Taylor is a passionate and innovative therapist who believes that mental wellness is rooted in resilience and connection. She offers a nurturing environment where your child, youth, and family are heard and understood without judgement. At the heart of her practice is the belief that every single human being wants to do well and can do well with the right support. Taylor is passionate about supporting families, and empowering children, young adults and caregivers from a strengths-based framework.
Taylor has supported children, youth, adults and families across various areas and practice settings, and has expertise in ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation, mood and self-esteem, selective mutism, parenting challenges, and more. In addition to her work with youth and families, she has a passion for working with those who’s lives have been impacted by cancer. As a cancer survivor herself, she understands that emotional pain and resilience are not mutually exclusive experiences. Resiliency grows when we face our stress and learn to effectively cope with it. By creating a space where you feel safe, connected, and understood, you will embark on a journey to improved mental health and wellness together.
